I cannot speak highly enough of Joe and Kim. After a very difficult experience with a very difficult builder, Joe and Kim at Race City Garage Door not only found doors for us, but also went out of their way to make everything pleasant and stress-free. We even had an extra door from another location that Joe took care of and fixed for us. They are responsive, kind, thoughtful, understanding, and very professional. I have been very disappointed in the majority of vendors I have dealt with while building a custom home. But I can honestly say that Race City Garage Door has been a spark of decency in an industry filled with rude, unprofessional people. I can’t emphasize enough how well they took care of our needs and went well above what they were expected to do. I 100 percent would use them a million times again, and I highly encourage anyone in the Lake Norman area to do the same. Joe and Lisa are two of the nicest, most professional people I have worked with, and I assure anyone that Race City Garage Door is the best choice you can make!!!!!!!
